CT guided biopsy- Bioposy done by a radiologist to insert a needle into the tumor and get a sample. This test would have been done in the CT scanner. B. Stereotactic surgical biopsy- small incision,uses a small needle passed thru the skull to get a piece of tumor for analysis C. Open surgical biopsy- large incision and hole in the skull, to get a small piece of tumor for analysis D. Try to remove the Tumor or as much of it as possible- Attempt to remove as much of the tumor as possible and send part of it for analysis ________________________________________________________________
